Terms and Conditions

• All laundry service work to be presented in clearly marked bags with items preferably tagged.
• Management assumes no responsibility for wear and tear, colour fastness, shrinkage, untagged items or valuables left with the linen.
• Seaside Wash reserves the right to change prices without notice.

Peak Periods and Express Turnaround

Due to the high demand put on our Laundry Service, during peak periods we require around 3-5 working days to process your linen.

Please ensure that you have enough linen supplies to get you
through short stays/long weekends etc.

An express turnaround fee of $40 will be added to all linen service jobs that are required within a 24hr period.

A surcharge of 10% will be added to all laundry/linen service jobs if it requires us to open on weekends or public holidays.

Storage Fee

As of 23/24 Financial Year a $5 storage/handling fee will be charged on all laundry service jobs processed and held at Seaside Wash (15 Loveday St Goolwa).

The $5 fee will cover shelving/storage/ handling for 1 week from completion (invoicing) of the job.

Linen not collected after the week has expired may be charged an additional $5 per week for storage/shelving space.

Overdue Accounts

Linen will be held as security until the account is paid in full.

Please ensure all invoices are paid by their due date to avoid penalties and/or disruption of linen supply.
